How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
- You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the delivery date. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted.
- You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the delivery date.
How do I make a return?
- You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicate the reason in the email
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label within 12 hours after we received your email(Mon-Fri).
- Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
- Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
- You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unused, have the original tags/packaging attached.
- On-sale product and free gifts can not be returned.
Please make sure you don't include non-Uniibling items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Eligible for refund:
- Product problem
We focus on providing you with high-quality goods. However, if the goods you receive do not match the goods you ordered or the product has quality problems. We will process the refund request within 3 working days.
For quality problems or problems caused by our faults:
First, you need to submit evidence, video or images about the product to email@example.com, please include your order number in the email.
Secondly, the returned product must be sent back to our warehouse, where we will sign and submit it to our after-sales team for processing.
2. Out of stock
If the goods you have purchased cannot be shipped due to a lack of stock, we will contact you via email. We will provide you with the option of refunding or waiting for inventory.
3. Remote areas
Due to some remote areas and military locations, we are unable to ship and deliver. We will communicate with you by email as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a refund.
- We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Remember, your bank or credit card company may also take 3-5 business days to process and mail the refund.
Regarding The Refund Process:
When you meet the above refund conditions:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
