1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped out within 48 hours from the purchase date. Delivery time: Within 7-15 days after shipped out.

2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Uniibling is happy to accept returns. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted. For additional information, please see our returns policy. 

3. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Unibling. Coupon code cannot be used on orders already placed.

4. HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?
Why would you want to?! Our Uniibling fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email.

--About the card number: the "Card Number" you entered may be incorrect.

Please check the "card number" and try again.

The card may not be valid. Please use another credit card or contact the credit card company directly.

--About the validity period

The "Expiration Date" entered may be incorrect. Please check the expiration date and try again.

--About transaction failure

Please use a different credit card or contact the credit card company directly and try the purchase again.

--Other errors

There was an error verifying your credit card information. Please contact the credit card company directly for details such as the cause of the error.
